Close by park Mont Royal ( Tam Tam Jam) as well as the famous St-Lawrence street with plenty of , cafés, nightclubs, salons and boutiques and much more.
With 24-hour security cameras you’ll always be at ease, laundry room, cable TV, sound system, DVD and CD players, high speed Internet, phone ( local calls only ), air condition. Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and in the living room sofa for two more persons. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates and utensils for 4 persons. Bed linen and towels are included. No smoking and no pets.
