Regular rates are:

• 95 $/day – minimum 3 nights
• 525 $/week
• 1395 $/month
• 3rd person +10$/day (for monthly rental 5$/day)

To reserve you have to pay for two nights. In case of cancellation ( one month before check in ) one night deposit will be given back. In all other cases deposit is non refundable.

Certified check, money order, credit card / PayPal are acceptable ways to make reservation.

Following are the information you might need during your stay:

• Fill free to use Internet for your work or searching for information as much as you like. Do not download movies, music or play games over the internet. You have 1.0GB of free data transfer, if you think that you need more data transfer you can by additional 5.0GB for 20.0$.

• Phone #: + 1 (438) 338-3060 (free calls eniver in Canada ), for long distance calls you can buy Phone cards in corner stores “Depaneurs”, or you can by a credit ( $5.0, $10.0, or 25.0$) please write me a request by e-mail.

• Payment for the stay:

  • For cache - must be paid in full at check in.
  • PayPal – two days before check in (please add 4% for credit card / PayPal service charges)

• Emergency phone is 911 (Police, Ambulance and Fire brigade). Check out time is at 12:00 and check in time is 5:00 PM. If you want to check out at different time please ask.

• This is non smoking apartment.

• No pets are allowed.

• DVD player is region free (you can play any type of DVD’s) and is Divx compatible.

• To play DVD’s turn on TV and on the remote control press button TV/Video, then turn on DVD and sound system. On the sound system press the button AUX (upper right corner) sound will start to play from the speakers.

• In case that you loose the key it will be additional charge of $75. 

• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.0. For the stay of one week or longer cleaning service fee of $40.0 (one time) will be charge.

• If you have to check out early in the morning or late at night you can leave the keys in the mail box (please advice in advance).

• Street parking is free – Please read carefully the signs. For 10 $/day you can park at the back of the building if there is a free spot. Ask the doorman for the details

• When you leave the apartment please wash the dishes, empty the trash and leave the apartment reasonably clean.
