Rates and Availability

Regular rates are:

90 $/day – minimum 3 nights
495 $/week
1375 $/month
3rd person +10$/day (for monthly rental 5$/day)

To reserve you have to pay for two nights. In case of cancellation ( one month before check in ) one night deposit will be given back. In all other cases deposit is non refundable.

Certified check, money order or are acceptable ways to make reservation.

For long distance calls you can buy Phone cards in corner stores “Depaneurs”.
Payment for the rental must be paid in full at check in.
Emergency phone is 911 (Police, Ambulance and Fire brigade).
Check out time is at 12:00 and check in time is 5:00 PM. If you want to check in or check out at different time please ask.
This is non smoking apartment.
No pets are allowed.
All drinks in the fridge are $1 each (water or soft drinks).
DVD player is region free (you can play any type of DVD’s) and is Divx compatible.
To play DVD’s turn on TV and on the remote control press button TV/Video, then turn on DVD and sound system. On the sound system press the button AUX (upper right corner) sound will start to play from the speakers.
For wireless internet access please ask for additional info. Fill free to use Internet for your work or searching for information as much as you like. Do not download movies, music or play games over the internet.
In case that you loose the key it will be additional charge of $50.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00.
If you have to check out early in the morning or late at night you can leave the keys in the mail box (please advice in advance).
